Hjärntorget - Blank screen when tapping on a notification

When clicking/tapping on a notification you end up on a blank screen with a back button and a link in the top right corner that goes to hjärntorget. Should the notifications be a bit collapsed instead in the list of them and then clicking on one would bring it up fully? Should we not be able to click/tap on them at all? What is this used for in the stockholm version?
