Madoko.net not reachable

I might have landed on a blacklist for some reason - whenever I try to reach madoko.net I get a timeout. That also makes madoko-local useless.
This website inidicates that the page isn't down, it's just blocking me for some reason.
This happened while I was using madoko to write my Bsc. thesis, so it was quite unpleasant, however I managed to complete the thesis by compiling locally and using a normal text editor.
Is there a way to resolve this?
I'd also very much like to self-host the madoko editor to use in combination with madoko-local. Is this possible or are there non-open-source parts of the application?
Edit: Btw, I'm not sure, how that black list is working. Since madoko.net stopped being reachable for me, I deleted my cookies and browser cache and changed my IP multiple times and tried different browsers...
