New naming scheme

Hello!
Do you know if the checks in resolve.go would account for the newer naming scheme https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/access-bucket-intro.html I believe they are phasing out the requirement for names to be global and making them regional.
derp I've answered my own question by actually checking the commit history, sorry!
