Clicking on notifications or icons in the dock to switch to an application in another space causes yabai to reload or crash

If I get something like an email or a discord notification, yabai will reload the scripting addition and switching to the space the application is in won't occur. I've double checked all required macOS settings and everything is set correctly. I'm using macOS 14.4.1 and I've tried both HEAD and release.

I'd like to update you on this:
The issue seems to be when switching workspaces with mission control (even ctrl+left arrow/ctrl+right arrow don't work). Switching workspaces via yabai works of course. Disabling/not loading the scripting addition fixes the issue and I can once again switch workspaces via mission control.
