Improve assets

Use new asset format in templates: https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master/addons/skin.estuary/addon.xml#L115
Some additional assets can be found in: https://github.com/zach-morris/plugin.program.iarl/blob/master/resources/data/dat_files/Cavestory_Lefty420.xml
Closing this, assets element is already implemented. Adding more content is out of scope for this ticket. New images can just be added to the repo, the script picks them up up and adjusts the addon.xml.in file.
