Get Knative listed https://github.com/enterprises/cncf

Notes:

Not super beneficial, but nice to have
Not sure if CNCF does this, or Knative org admins do this

@kvmware has reached out to our GitHub contact discussing getting our own GitHub enterprise org instead of using CNCFs

The idea was more autonomy (since we have the infra/tooling already) - similar to how K8s community approached this
