When running new build (by clicking link) html is not updated

When some changes are done to html it will not be reflected by new version. You have to close the page and start new tab with conqueror.
The root cause is probably the checks in html for existing element.
Acceptance criteria:
after changing a name for "Run AI" and clicking a link to new local version, the UI should be updated.
