Even if I turn off 'Fp16 mode' in the ConfigTool.exe, the 'fp16 mode' is still working

I found that the final output video performed terriablly when I turned on FP16 mode,and the position of the mosaic has been completely replaced by black circles.So I turn off FP16 mode and the final output video performed perfectly in the last version. But in this TG-PLUS version I found Even if I turn off 'Fp16 mode' in the ConfigTool.exe, the final output video still performed terriablly!!! Therefore, how can I configure FP16 mode to solve this problem? Thanks a lot!
