As TeijiIshida wrote, the problem seems to be the file config file before the partial patch among the 3/20 update files.

Check the main configTools.exe 5,551kb file on 3/20 and the configTools 1,156kb file in TGMAIN
Please replace it

In my case, there was an error because the previous file was the main configTools.exe 3,998kb file and the configTools.exe 1,088kb file in TGMAIN.

If this happens, please re-download the v.03.03.20 package and apply the new patch again, because the initial package has been updated once.
