Describe the Feature Request
The Dencun Fork is planned in Q1 2024, and will notably change the behavior of selfdestruct and introduce tstore/tload opcodes.
We should start testing our EVM against the Dencun specs, and it will notably unlock us all tests with selfdestruct, as the storage is no longer cleared.
