Hi,

I randomly stumbled upon this project, and I think topic models is an interesting way of looking at this problem!

I thought I should let you know that the staged mESC data from Buettner et al 2015 and Scialdone et al 2015 are exactly the same data set. I.e., both papers use E-MTAB-2805.
