Check GenomeComparator/SNPsites ref sequence FASTA file

Need to check that this consists of reference loci. Some users attempt to upload a sequence assembly instead. Enforcing a maximum sequence length, e.g. 10,000bp for each sequence in the FASTA file would be a simple check.
