Add descending + helpers

Hey let me know if this pr is acceptable. (#1 ) I added the following methods:
- Descending, Ascending (alias for New), DescendingFrom, AscendingFrom
Added a basic test for descending, let me know if there's anything else you'd like me to change/add.
Sorry for being so terribly late.
That being said, I don't see the purpose of adding descending.
