Test Run: management_version.ID should be included in testruns_historicaltestrun & testruns_testrun tables

The version value associated to a Test Plan has been excluded from the testruns_historicaltestrun & testruns_testrun tables. Any updates to a test plan's associated version will update the version display variable for all test run records in summary view. In my opinion this leads to misleading summary data in regard to what version was associated to the test plan for each distinct test run record. The current work around appears to rely more so on build value rather than version.
