Automatic SASL auth to networks upon restart

I think this is something that users would expect. That they would not have to manually identify, if the KiwiBNC service goes down and has to be restarted.

You can include account=username account_pass=1234 in the addnetwork and changenetwork *bnc commands. This will then be used whenever the connection connects to the network.
