[FEATURE] socks4 support

Many public sources of proxies offer proxy with socks4 protocol, I am aware that it is already deprecated, but it is still used.

I found a library that could help socks4 support, I will leave it here in case it is necessary to review it one day. https://github.com/h12w/socks
