Showing abnormalities when using with webpack's UglifyJsPlugin

While building the project if I am using webpack's UglifyJsPlugin, text in title, subtile, axis and all other places is not visible. It is still there, if I do inspect element but it is not visible on the browser

Please create an example on the github.
And then we can find a problem.
I do not have this problem with UglifyJsPlugin.
Closing and there has been no activity in this issue for a while.
