Move typed EventEmitter classes to separate project

These typed classes were made because no other packages on npm offered this functionality. These classes are valuable in their own right and deserve to exist as a separate project on npm.
Create a repo called "ts-eventemitter", structure it appropriately, add it to npm, then update kqstats to use that project instead :)
