Simulate current diagram model with… does not show any options

When compiling an SCCharts model, visualizing the graph for some snapshot model (e.g. the Trigger/Effect) and calling the Simulate current diagram model with… command in the command palette opens an empty quick pick menu instead of the expected simulation systems for SCCharts.
Already fixed, see #38
