Port over relevant issues from GlitchSoc

GlitchSoc isn’t really being actively developed anymore; I have a feeling there are a lot of Issues reported there which have just never been fixed. Those should be re‐reported over here so we can fix them, with a note to the original Issue as necessary.
Looking through the issues, the vast majority of the open ones were feature requests. A lot of stuff was out‐of‐date or things fixed in upstream Mastodon. I think #24 has the bulk of the requests; as for bugs, we’ll probably have to start fresh and just report things as we find them.
