Install.Unix outdated. How to build pillow?!

The old-style install described in Install.Unix seems to be outdated.

./configure doest work

Using automake the following error arises.
autoconf
automake
configure.ac:18: required directory ./build-aux does not exist
configure.ac:22: required file `build-aux/install-sh' not found

I'll look at this. A little difficult to find the time these days, but I'm sure I'll be able to squeeze it in. Looks like it should be an easy fix.

I updated the INSTALL.Unix file. The necessary, but sadly previously missing information that you need to run ./bootstrap before ./configure was added. I tagged PUBLIC_0_3_2 that includes the corrected install file.
