feat: Skill Bonus Hint / Summary on Actor sheets

Check Bonus, Passive Bonus, and Global Skill Check Bonus are not visualized on Tidy sheets, so it'd be easy to lose track of what bonuses each skill has applied to it at a glance.
Devise a visual indicator and a summary of bonuses for a given skill which
- is clearly visible when viewing the skills list
- provides a summary of which bonuses are applied (potentially a tooltip)
