Continental breakfast hijacks meal periods

Continental breakfast on weekends does not have an accompanying menu, so for all intents and purposes it is "brunch", throwing off meal period matching for the rest of the day. This can only be resolved if a menu is established or a special exception is implemented.
Apparently Vandy managed to fix this themselves without ever knowing it was a problem
