Remove Wildfly/EAP OIDC and SAML adapter downloads

Description
With the keycloak/keycloak#24713, we are removing our OIDC and SAML adapters ZIP from the distribution and also from the downloads page. This issue is for changes to Keycloak web page (downloads page).
