Add `majorMinorVersion` to global asciidoc context

Description
For the guides in the main repo, to make references to e.g. https://www.keycloak.org/docs-api/18.0/rest-api/index.html#_realmrepresentation we need a reliable way to inject the majoMinorVersion of the current release. At the moment we're just able to use the complete version, that also includes the micro number, so would parse to 18.0.0 for the link above.
