SAML quickstart - provisioning of SAML adapter via Galleon

Description
With the keycloak/keycloak#24713, we are removing our SAML adapter ZIP from the distribution. The SAML adapter is supposed to be installed to latest Wildfly with the usage of Galleon.
Side-effect might be to update quickstarts to use latest Wildfly 30.
