Links to Quickstarts should use attribute

Describe the bug
The Quickstarts in user-storage.adoc and authorization-quickstarts.adoc don't use the attribute quickstartRepo_link, therefore they point to the wrong link in the downstream docs.

Expected behavior
Always use an attribute to link to the quickstarts.
Actual behavior
Hardcoded link.
How to Reproduce?
