Description
The docs talk about creating a DUAL_STACK load balancer, while the Terraform Scripts in the nightly run only create a IPv4 Global Loadbalancer.

The difference described above is a misalignment. This might lead to undiscovered bugs. In addition, we should show that IPv6 is properly supported.
