[ADD14] ActionBar touch feedback on 4.4 is almost invisible

On KitKat, the almost-gray color of the Actionbar is almost identical to the stock KitKat touch feedback light gray color.
Changing the feedback color to something different, or tweak the ActionBar color, would do the trick. @alsutton is the actionbar color accent a requirement from ADD, or can we tweak it a bit?
