Wait for a pause

This is a really cool project, I love the idea.

I'm wondering if anyone's come across this issue already before I dig into it. When I call, it seems like my responses are streamed through really quickly, in small batches, before I've finished talking, so the response starts getting generated and then talks over me as I'm still finishing my sentence.

From a brief look at the code, I didn't see any obvious "pause detection", wanted to check I wasn't missing something. Thanks!
