Where is the code for K-nearest neighbor?

I read your thesis "Fast Unsupervised Anomaly Detection in Traffic Videos".
I was curious about parameters(eg. k, l) for K-nearest neighbors distance but I can't find that code in your repo.
Plz let me know.
