Feature: Osram Lightify

Hi!
I Wonder if we could had support for the Osram Lightify devices.
( it's actually the cheapest zigbee devices compatible with hue)
Those are actually detected by the hue hub, but the color aren't quite the same.
So maybe we could do some kind of value transformation to compensate the color différences.
Sorry I haven't gotten to this one yet.
I was not aware of these devices. A cheaper Hue-like bulb sounds great. At some point I'll try and pick some up to mess around with and will see what I can find out about em.
Just a heads up I removed all the dependencies from the repo to clean it up. So before you pull any new changes just backup your static and modules folders, the stuff that's not tracked in the repo.
