When you refresh a Edit Sponsorship page the existing content isn't loaded into the form

If you navigate to this page from another page the state.sponsorships is populated. If you reload your browser or load the edit form directly the content is missing. This is happening because the state.sponsorships is empty when the form component is rendered.
