Baseplates: Reducing base length will cause erroneous holes in exterior of baseplate frame

Screw-together, 30mm base length with magnet holes causes the magnet holes to cut through the outside of the frame.

The yellow geometry in the screenshot above is how the model appears after rendering.

Tangential, but this may be a compelling reason to parameterize the magnet size.
