Vase mode - configurable tab

Add d_tabh parameter to main file in order to be able to set custom tab height - default is 15.85;
I am a bit confused at this question, what is the suggestion? Is d_tabh being in the constants file an issue? I put parameters that do not get changed often in the constants file to make the other files more accessible and easier to use.
