Remove dependency upon jQuery.

This may or may not happen in the next major release, but: I want to get rid of jQuery. Skeuocard isn't really using any of its major capabilities (intentionally), so it should be relatively trivial to remove.
Getting the list of dependencies (especially those which have the potential to conflict) down is another step toward easing adoption by users.
This is assigned to the 2.0 milestone because it will involve incompatible API changes, and thus, a major version bump.
