publishing an emacs28.1-nox-nativecomp build

I'm wondering if it's possible to publish a nativecomp build without X11 support as I'd like to be able to have the native compilation feature on servers.
Thank you for opening an issue; it helps me (and all of the other contributors, which is a club that you're now part of) figure out where we should focus our time and attention.
You're not the first person who's asked about this!
I don't think that it'll be very much work for me, but the increase in build combinations has already started to push us towards our PPA disk limit, and we've gotten an increase once before. (On the other hand, the PPA's quota is still very low; in the single-digit GiB, if memory serves.)
If the Canonical folks are willing to give us a bit more headroom on disk usage, I'm happy to try to upload those packages.
