spacy 41 is expiring in a few days....

Describe the bug
I am using Klayers-python38-spacy:41 with Klayers-python38-spacy_model_en_small:1
But looking at the expiration date of 41, then it will expire in a few days.

I noticed there was a 42, which upgraded the version of spacy to version 3.0.6, the issue is it doesn't seem to be compatible with Klayers-python38-spacy_model_en_small:1 (spacy_model_en_small 2.2.5)

either create an updated layer with an upgraded spacy_model_en or, don't expire layer 41 🙏

Thanks for letting me know. I've stopped building spacy packages -- but I've set the expiry of version 41 to one year from today. Hope that helps.

Hopefully we have a better solution within the next 365 days!! :)
