No source in NDI Receive Component

I'm trying to use the plugin to receive an NDI source. I'm unable to detect the NDI source in unity but my OBS Studio is able to detect the NDI source. This NDI source is being send from desktop A that is connected via lan to desktop B.
same situation is happened to me. any progress?
my situation:
- desktop A(Receiver):
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Unity: 2021.3.34f1 and 2022.3.14f1 - desktop B(Sender)
OS: Windows 11 Pro
OBS 30.0.2 - other application can receive NDI (using NDI SDK) from desktop B so network doesn't matter.
I'm sorry that my last comment is mistaken. it matters windows defender and now they can can send/receive NDI.
