More size-choices

Very nice cursor theme, but (IMHO) it needs more in-between sizes. Small one (aka '24') is too small for me, big one ('48') is huuuge! Something like this:
24 4 4 x1/default.png
30 5 5 x2/default.png
36 6 6 x3/default.png
48 8 8 x4/default.png
For me, that '30' is the best.
If you don't have time for this I can jump in (I don't want to fork it for such small addition).
