How to add translation?

I want to add Russian translation, where do I start? I have experience in developing on JS (Node.js Backend), but I got into C/C++ for the first time

Thanks for offering to help. I have no plans to add localization in my repo, however you could try adding a font and localization to the following fork: https://github.com/olderzeus/game-and-watch-retro-go/
