Reuse of international fields

Reporting a bug?
When I mark more than one location, I do not mark that the field is the same for all languages (such as image fields, url or statistics fields) it is not filled in with the value of the other language already filled in previously
Expected behavior
The expectation was that the fields marked as "standard for all languages" would already be filled in
