Age by year instead of by decade?

Do you have access to cases or deaths by age in years? I know that demography.csv has a breakdown by age decade, but it would be very important to look at each age year.
Background: According to this paper, Japan started the BCG vaccine in 1947. A very clear way to test the BCG hypothesis is to look for a sharp drop in cases or deaths starting in 1947.

No, MHLW does not publish cases (or any data) by age in years.
