enable youtube-like tagging to other media players

some people use youtube music or a youtube music client such as innertune or namida, or any music service where users can upload stuff off their own such as soundcloud or audiomack
so it would be good to have the option of pano scrobbler tagging the track being played within the name of the video/song (on one field of info) rather than tagging the track based on song name and artist name (on two fields of info)
this can be useful because again of those music apps, and for archival purposes for example certain aphex twin tracks can only be available on youtube or archival accounts on soundcloud, with this feature on, pano will scrobble "4 red calx [slo]" by "aphex twin", rather than "aphex twin - 4 red calx [slo]" by "aphexuploader999", some artist have huge discographies that aren't available on streaming services and only available on youtube (such as james ferraro or boards of canada), so adding this feature would be really great and useful
I would need a minimal UI for that, something that integrates with the choose apps screen.
