toggle to scrobble spotify only when offline

Is your feature request related to a problem, or particular use cases? Please describe.
lastfm's spotify scrobbler is generally good for online listening, but virtually unusable when offline.
Describe the solution you'd like
to prevent having to add (to scrobble offline) and remove (to prevent duplicate scrobbles) spotify from the list of apps to scrobble, i suggest a new toggle to only scrobble if not connected to a network.
(once connected again, pending scrobbles get submitted but no more 'local' spotify scrobbles get submitted until offline again)
