Cannot open links in outside applications

Currently if go to a mac app store URL such as
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/1blocker-block-ads-tracking/id1107421413?mt=12
And click "View in Mac App Store", the URL is not opened outside of webkitten.
Ah I guess the same thing kind of applies to downloads here as well. For example with this 1blocker package:
Haha, I wondered how long it would take before someone noticed that downloads don’t work. Definitely need to handle this.
