Add .mrpack support (Modrinth Pack)

Add support for the .mrpack modrinth modpack format.

support for the "mrpack" format is mostly implemented on the master branch.
i will close this issue upon full release of 2.0, for now you can use a build from here, however keep in mind that it's very unstable & potentially slow.

I can't wait for 2.0 to release! I would use it right now but clicking the modrinth packs just crashes the launcher / gives an error.
my bad, upon further inspection it appears i have yet to publish the related commits on my machine.
i'll keep you updated.
