ci: k0s: With the update to k0s to 1.30.x, required CIs started failing

Since k0s released its v1.30.0, kata-deploy has been failing to be deployed, and this will soon become a blocker for PRs to be merged.

In the related CIs we can see:

Error: The action 'Deploy Kata' has timed out after 10 minutes.

The reason I'm pointing out to k0s being the root cause of the issue is because tests are failing regardless of using cri-o or containerd.
