Reserve space in the height to avoid jumping of the page

If I open any GitHub page, it loads without gloc first. After gloc inserts the DIV with line count near the top of the page. This causes everything on the page to move down when the page is already loaded, which is annoying.
Could you make it so you insert a DIV at page load already, which has the correct height? You could then change the contents of this DIV when the line count is known.
