Badge repeats when going into sub directories

Describe the bug
When going into sub directories in the repository browser on GitHub, the line count badge in the title line repeats as often as deep you go into sub directories.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to any GitHub repository
- Go into a sub directory in the repository browser
Expected behavior
Guess the badge should only being displayed once, also in sub directories.
